You can request deletion of your devotee account at any time, from this page or from within the website/app. This page can be viewed without having the app installed or being logged in.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your name, email, phone, and saved language preference on this account
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your cart and wishlist
- Your notifications, registered devices, and login sessions
- The link between any approved testimonial and your account (the testimonial itself may remain visible as anonymous ashram content)
What is kept
Orders, donations, Kundali requests, and Bethak/room bookings already made using your phone number are retained for accounting and record-keeping purposes, even after your account is deleted. These aren't linked to your account by login, so deleting your account does not delete this history.
How to delete your account
Log in to your account, then open your Account page to find "Delete my account" in the Danger Zone section — or log in below and the option will appear on this page.
